ArionPlus Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1Introduction

Welcome to ArionPlus. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and ArionPlus ("we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the ArionPlus website, mobile platform, gaming products, betting markets, and any associated services available at arionplus.xyz.

ArionPlus reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, address, and payment ownership at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

Age Verification

ArionPlus takes underage gambling seriously. Where our compliance systems flag a potential age concern, we will suspend the account and request official government-issued identification before the account can be reinstated. Any deposits made by a player subsequently found to be underage will be returned to the payment source, and no winnings generated during that period will be paid out.

3Account Rules

Each person is permitted to hold one active ArionPlus account. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, household, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all linked accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

4Deposits

ArionPlus accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (PHP). Available deposit methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards, subject to current availability and your account status.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

6Bonuses and Promotions

ArionPlus offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP Club rewards. Every bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed before you opt in or claim the offer. The following general rules apply to all ArionPlus promotions unless stated otherwise:

Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended, have bonus balances voided, and have winnings derived from abusive activity forfeited.

7Gaming Rules

All casino games and card games on ArionPlus operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures provided by licensed game suppliers. The rules for each game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to review the rules before placing a wager.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Pending bets cannot be cancelled by the player once the game round has commenced.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, ArionPlus will attempt to resolve the round using the last confirmed server state. Where resolution is not possible, the wager may be refunded at ArionPlus's discretion.

• All bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting body or competition organiser. ArionPlus will not pay out on unofficial or provisional results.

12Limitation of Liability

• ArionPlus is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, third-party payment processing delays, or internet connectivity issues beyond our direct control.
• ArionPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any single event shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30-day period preceding the event in question.

13Amendments to These Terms
